There is nothing "luxury" about these properties. There isnt one plumb door in this place, no storm windows or doors, no exhaust vent in the bathroom, and the cheapest fixtures available. They painted over all the recessed lighting trim, making bulb replacement a PITA, and smeared paint on the fluorescent lens in the kitchen. Regarding maintenance and repairs; they do just enough to get by. Their "super" is incompetent beyond belief, and substandard parts and repairs are common.
