Looks like the reviews are quite outdated for this business. My experience as a tenant has been horrible. The non refundable cleaning deposits are not beneficial at move in because this home was filthy. It took over three (3) months to get a working refrigerator. The dryer has never worked, but it doesn’t matter because the washing machine was so filthy, who would want to use it? I had a sewer backup which was a disgusting mess, and I had to do the clean up.
