This place was amazing to me. After going through a hard break up and having to find an apt quickly Chastity was extremely helpful during the leasing process and made everything very streamlined. The apartment was VERY clean and if anything needed maintenance their crew was quick to respond and take care of any issues. My lease is up and I'll be moving on but after i cleaned the apt I'll be receiving my full deposit back with no hassle. Mangement is trash and when you move out they charge you more for small damages so make sure check the house first when you move in.
Management and staff are great. However, I have had numerous packages that were delivered stolen. I reported the issue and as of today there has not been any emails/ signs posted about stealing other tenants packages.
