By far the BEST company for home health in the 575 area. Finally a company that actually shows genuine concern for both clients and employees, exhibits excellent communication, and holds to a high standard of quality care. Got them to help out with my wife’s parents after they had some health issues. Started out really good with an awesome person who would be there 3 days a week mornings & evenings. Then things got complicated as they had some staff turnover. Due to very poor communication with the company, my wife’s mom decided to stop using them. Very sad, as I said things started out so well. I get it, keeping good help is tough these days. But more transparency with clients is what is needed too.
A provider that is so needed in many areas within New Mexico. I really appreciate how this team puts the clients first making sure their needs and expectations are met to the best of their ability. Everyone is so kind and explain everything well so my family member is full aware of how things work and if there’s any questions, they are always so responsive and helpful.
Being that I keep my family very protected I’m blessed and grateful to have found Rustic Health for a family member!
