I wish I could rate –5. This place was awful. The building was run down. There were dead bugs everywhere. The restrooms were worse than gas station restrooms. The plumbing was backing up in the kitchen and the women’s restroom. We had to completely clean the building before we could use it. We complained about the building and the plumbing but no one ever came to fix anything. The cottages were even worse. DO NOT RENT THIS BUILDING

Had a good experience here. we had a 100 Year birthday party for somebody. it was great. there's a patio outside, kitchen you can cook in, great serving area. definitely recommend
Nice place to host a party.
