Rustic Floral gets 50 stars & I highly recommend them! They are the rockstars of florists & I'm extremely impressed. I ordered the Beautiful Boho (Premium) for my daughter's 16th birthday & it is really is beautiful. I called the store where we were needing to leave & I was willing to go pick up the bouquet but they worked some magic & the bouquet arrived maybe 15 minutes after. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday to last week and the customer service was phenomenal! Kaitlyn went above and beyond in making sure my mom received a fresh, beautiful bouquet. My mom happened to be out at the time of the delivery, so Kaitlyn went by various times to catch her, all while keeping me informed by text and phone calls. Wonderful experience!
Excellent delivery and arrangement! I often have flowers delivered to my wife. These guys are great. I can call them with a price range and a few flower suggestions and they handle the rest. Also the flowers have been awesome quality every time. Thanks guys for making it easy for me and all the hard work you do! My wife loves her flowers!
I called after placing an online order as I forgot to add my name to a card. I learned the item I ordered was not available and Kaitlyn was readily available to put me at ease with other options. She even offered suggestions to add those special touches and made sure I was happy and satisfied. It's a good feeling knowing when you can't be there that a local company and it's staff does!
