We traveled from Wisconsin for a funeral for a good friend who passed away way too soon. We walked in and described our vision for what we wanted. We needed a fast turnaround and they delivered a beautiful arrangement off of a description of the beautiful person that our friend is.
Rustic Floral gets 50 stars & I highly recommend them! They are the rockstars of florists & I'm extremely impressed. I ordered the Beautiful Boho (Premium) for my daughter's 16th birthday & it is really is beautiful. I called the store where we were needing to leave & I was willing to go pick up the bouquet but they worked some magic & the bouquet arrived maybe 15 minutes after. Excellent delivery and arrangement! I often have flowers delivered to my wife. These guys are great. I can call them with a price range and a few flower suggestions and they handle the rest. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday to last week and the customer service was phenomenal! Kaitlyn went above and beyond in making sure my mom received a fresh, beautiful bouquet. My mom happened to be out at the time of the delivery, so Kaitlyn went by various times to catch her, all while keeping me informed by text and phone calls. Wonderful experience!
