I paid over $100 plus a tip for a floral arrangement to be at a funeral by 10am yesterday. Arrangement did not show up until after the service, after the luncheon, as the family was on their way out to the cemetery. I try and support small business but if you can't make a request work, you should let me know so I can find a business that can. Absolutely ridiculous.

No customer service, response time, failure to assist with questions via email or return phone calls this is how new customers get treated. Your better off buying something online with more professional experts in this competitive market it's quite unfortunate this is the reason why small businesses don't last. The best companies apply feedback they don't argue with their consumer base when they are giving valuable feedback as I have witnessed in these reviews. Rustic Floral (Cori Laska) is simply amazing! The flowers and arrangements were beautifully crafted and were beyond what I ever could have imagined for our daughter’s wedding! Thank you Rustic Floral for making our day extra special and so gorgeous!🥰 I would give you 10 stars if I could!

The flowers for my daughter’s wedding were beyond anything we could have imagined! They were absolutely gorgeous! She took the vision and made it a reality while keeping us in budget .
