After being dark for 10+ years, I started the process of going lighter. Catie is so knowledgeable and patient! She walked me through the entire process and talked me through what my expectations should be going into this process. She knows this was a big change for me, so she also checks on me and answers any questions that I have. It’s not just the great service that I’m receiving, it’s the absolutely phenomenal customer service too 🩷

I've had Jacie and Makinah. They are both incredible. My only concern with my thin hair is that it doesn't stay in more then a week or two before sliding.
