I had the most pleasant experience here today. I didn’t catch his name but the male that was working was the nicest person I have encountered in Jacksonville. Keep it up. Such a cute spot!

Such a cute little store. Literally something for everyone. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
All the staff in the shop were on a mission to make sure I knew I was not welcome there. As the only person of color in the shop the staff asked other white customers to let them know if they needed assistance, then walked right past me as if I were invisible. A white gentleman left the shop and was told to hurry back. I left 30 seconds later and the same gentleman who just said goodbye to the gentleman who just left completely ignored me as i exited.
