When try to get in reach about yellow stone they keep saying I was not on list had to get the New York assistant attorney to get it straight no matter what I said and found out it was three claims now I being told they hold on money forever to get interest let me tell you something nobody would be getting anything not for what I had to go though and when you call this company it like you don’t Exist but am sure the will be a good response quit holding money forever profit you already making good money
I have had a great experience receiving a previous settlement with this company.My only complaint is to please let us claimants know what is the current situation with the Transvaginal mesh distribution.I understand that there was an previous delay in distribution,but as of now no one has received a response when emailing about the truth about the timeline going on this settlement.
They are an absolute disgrace. I submitted my application for the Uber NYAG settlement in December 2024 and still haven’t received my payment. It’s been over three months, and every time I call, I get the same vague, useless response, they are trying to get rid of me as soon as possible. When I push for real answers, I get transferred, stalled, or flat-out hung up on. There is zero transparency, zero accountability, and no actual support.
