These fraudsters are still holding my money from the LYFT settlement VS NYAG. The settlement was paid out on December 1st 2024, It’s been 3 months now and i still have not received my money. LENOVO FLEX 5 LAPTOP! These idiots were given proof, my serial number of the laptop and the screen issues. That laptop went back and forth with Lenovo where they first two times said "no repairs necessary. laptop working fine." I took it back to Best Buy in February and Best Buy tells me I had to contact Lenovo. That I did, Lenovo shipped a box for me to return (because the original box was damaged upon the 2nd return), and the laptop is GONE. Lenovo also closed the claim via their "Lenovo website". Terrible and shady practices. An idiot at Rust mistakenly typed in my account number wrong and sent my direct deposit to a different account. Their customer service is clueless, just reads off a script, and offered 0 help.
Dear Courts and Legal Counsel looking for a Claims Admin. Please do not choose Rust Consulting. This is my second time having a claim go through Rust, as a previous Claims Admin, their client service is abysmal, and they do not allocate the resources to each case appropriately. Very mismanaged company and it’s screwing over the claimants. I’ve been on hold for two hours this morning since their website is non functional. Rust handled a Class action suit against Wellsfargo. They kept the money and register it under my social security that I received the money. They claim they never knew my social security Wellsfargo had it since I was an employee. The Social Security office did not input the amounts without notification from Rust Consulting. Who stands to benefit from the money accounted on my social security. Sounds like fraud.
