Took 25 minutes for one breakfast order today( only one other person in booth waiting)at Russ's Market 66 and O then they bring out burnt toast along with omelet
Specifically the bakery - ordered a unicorn cake for my daughter’s birthday party and for starters almost gave it to the wrong person, had to chase after the other lady. I paid $40 for a cake that was crooked. My sister went to eat her piece of cake and had a wooden sliver in it from the dowels. When I spoke with the manager she didn’t apologize and didn’t offer to refund or do anything for me. I don’t expect a refund but an apology would have been nice. In a hurry and the owner helped me find my items and was even hand carrying groceries out to the car! Prices were good. Even wished me a Merry Christmas . Merry Christmas Russ's Market!
Wouldn’t say i hated it. Would say that I’m very disappointed in the staff and how the employees are handling it. Place was a mess. Dirty tables. Dirty countertops. Out of condiments. Out of coffee. How does that happen ? Out of most everything. garbages were full. And the gossip about other employees was atrocious to say the least. It was all you could hear. Nobody was at the deli area shortly after 6 p.m. on Monday! Nobody! I was not the only customer looking for help either.
