Other shops were not able to adjust the front in my car properly. Russ did it in no time in my audi Quattro. A friend of mine who owned a Mercedes was told by another shop that they can't help him. Again Russ did the job in no time in that case too. I will be always coming back when I need that service done. Also they are very friendly, something I appreciate. The only downside is that they are so booked all the time, that you need to call and wait 2-3 weeks to get in. But it's worth it!
Excellent work. Very fast and friendly. Excellent about keeping appointment times. Didn't feel rushed at all. Took the necessary time to make sure the job was done right, and made some minor recommendations for down the road. Will be coming here again, and everyone I know will be told that this is the place to go!

I am a returning customer. They installed a third member on my 1999 4 Runner and there's an alignment on it as well. Their prices were reasonable, in fact they told me afterwards that there was a bunch of rusted bolts on my old vehicle, causing them to spend more time than planned on their schedule with my vehicle. They didn't charge me any extra and stuck to their original estimate Kama most mechanic shop would charge you extra without even giving you a phone call.
