I ordered for an 11:45-12:00 p.m. delivery but no one contacted me to let me know DoorDash hadn’t picked up the order. I ended up coming to get it myself and didn’t arrive to receive the food until around 12:30. By that point the pizza had clearly been sitting and was soggy. What made it worse was that when I picked it up and explained what happened, the manager didn’t offer any solution or make any effort to fix the situation. Overall, really disappointing experience due to the lack of communication and customer service.
Received the hot honey pizza… holy crap.. it sounds delicious but it’s just completely soggy and very doughy. I ate what I could of the crust. But I am sorry. It’s not edible for me. 30 bucks is a lot to spend for something that’s not edible.
