Took in my mower in without an appointment to have blades sharpened and they said no problem!
I have a Husqvarna 435 X-TORQ chainsaw that I could not get the clutch cover and chain brake back on after replacing the chain. Donovan (Service Supervisor in New Berlin) immediately recognized, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in under 3 minutes. I bought a new Hustler Zero Turn from Russo and although I haven't had it long enough to give a full review of the machine I wanted to mention how pleased I was with the buying experience.
