Purchased a new Boss Snowrator from Russo this past winter. A plastic part on the wand broke, and their service department handled the warranty immediately. Even though we’re about an hour away, the replacement part was delivered right to our door the day after it arrived. We completed a quick fix on-site, and the unit was back in action with minimal downtime. The purchasing process was also smooth and easy. Nothing but great things to say about their service.
I bought an Ariens snowblower and had a few issues with assembly and delivery. Mike made sure to fix the issues and make things right. Thanks for the help! I would recommend buying from here.
Called the service department inquiring about a problem with the auger cable on my Toro 821QZE snow thrower. Ace hardware (where I bought it) told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks for the repair. The service dept at Russo said a week at most for the repair. That sounded good so the next day I loaded in my vehicle and headed to Russo. They fixed my problem on the spot! I was shocked!
