Help me understand Russo Manager. My husband is sold the wrong lawnmower filter by one of your staff, comes back to tell you that & exchange for the correct filter, & you blame him for putting the wrong filter (that your staff sold him) on the mower. He accepts his part in this but where is your acknowledgement! No apology for selling the wrong part to begin with!
Amazing selection and customer service. I didn’t want to leave but if I stayed I would end up wanting to live there.
