This is Russo can you please hold? I’ve been inside and watched this exact scenario play out. Employees are just talking, phone rings, employee puts them on hold. Employees go back to talking. Here we are Saturday morning, I call in and the same thing is just happened to me. I hung up after being on hold for 24 minutes.
Called in asking for a part placed on hold waited for over 10 minutes I finally called a different place got my parts!! RUSSO will be the last place ill call sorry just poor customer service
