Lisa, ( in service at the Elgin location,) really came through for me! I bought a primer bulb for my toro snow blower and asked how much it would it cost to install it? She said, "It's pretty easy. Just give me a minute, and I'll put it on for you, no charge. " This was the first BIG snow, and I needed it badly. Within 10 minutes, she had it on and helped me load it my truck. ABOVE & BEYOND normal service, ANYWHERE! I'm a dedicated customer now!
They sold me a broken used lawnmower and no return accepted.even they cant fix it
Recently had a new engine installed on my Toro Grandstand. From ordering with parts department and having work done by service, they were truly professional. I appreciated the updates they gave me on my unit.
