Poor customer service. stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to check out at the cashier counter - only had 1 person working at cashier station - while another female employee sat less than 20 feet away on her phone/social media. I asked her is she could assist since the cashier was struggling to enter orders and she refused. If this is the way you want to business, than I will go elsewhere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The parts and repair department is Great!!
Great company but the store inventory on their website is highly inaccurate. More than once it has shown an item in stock at a particular location, only for it to not be available. Call and check before you make the trip.
