We purchased a snowblower from Russo about 8 years ago. After eight years of use, we had our first issue. We phoned Russo and described the issue. The quickly dispatched a truck to pick it up, repaired it and dropped it off at my home in less than a week. I appreciated the quick turnaround, so that my unit will be available for any upcoming snow storms. They earned 5 stars for performance and customer support. Highly recommend them for your outdoor equipment needs!
