NIGHTMARE!! at this hair salon, not only the stylists have no clue what they are doing, the manager is the rudest person i have ever met. they messed up my hair and instead of offering to fix my hair, after days and hours of argument she finally agreed to refund my money which i still haven't received. DO NOT GO... if you have respect for yourself , your hair and your money.
always do a good job It's a bit pricely but what do you expect in So Coast Plaza and with well-trained stylists. I've been going there for years and they always do a good job, are friendly, knowledgable, and honest about their opinions. I'll keep going...
I didn't like it I was desperate for a hair cut. I decided to go here on a whim. I asked for choppy hair and light bangs. While I did recieve choppy hair, my bangs were so thick and unmanageble. I'm still waiting for them to grow out! Also, my stylist was rude. Perhaps you would get better results with the "expert" stylist. PROS: Convienent CONS: Bad Haircut, Rude People
Terrific Salon! Ive been going to this salon for 3 years. The location is great!!! Ive never had a problem parking,in the underground parkinglot, and then you have a short walk up the escalator. They sell terrific products, and the stylist always lets me know what shes using, so I can purchase them for home. The prices arent cheap, but Im always happy with the results.
This salon was average. I did not like the stylist I had. She was quite rude to me. Compared to other salons I have been to, I was not treated that well. I liked the products they used when washing and styling my hair; but she pulled too much on my longhair. I thought I was going to go bald it was so bad! I had to tell her to stop.
