I have been attending Russo / eye Collective for many years . They continue to be friendly , attentive and so professional . A great experience each time .
I've been going to this optometrist for a couple of years now and am always impressed by the service you receive. Sashini is excellent if you have an unusual prescription or have a complex medical history. She will take the time to get to know you, your needs and will answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend The Eye Collective if you want a thorough examination of your eyes and treatments backed by the latest research.
If I could rate the eye collective in Dandenong more than 5 stars I would. Outstanding customer service from the whole team, especially Grace (optometrist) who is patient, understanding and made me feel heard. The store environment is calming on the senses which is important for me as I am neurodiverse. Shopping for glasses has always been an intense experience for me, but it’s the opposite here. Thank you so much guys, I’ll be a customer from now on 🤗
