Consistantly impressed I have been going to James since I've had a car (12 years), and my parents have been going to him for 30 years. He does great work, is completely honest, and is always willing to go the extra mile. His prices are typically lower than anywhere else, also. I can't say enough good things about him!

GREAT place I was told by a dealership that my headgasket was cracked (a $800-1600 repair). I called Russiff to price the repair and he started asking additions questions. Turns out I don't have a headgasket problem, only a waterpump problem ($500-1300 cheaper)! He told me he does pressure tests for free and to swing up whenever I have time. What a great, honest guy. I live 90 miles from Billings but will make sure I will take my car to him every time.For an honest opinion, TAKE IT TO RUSSIFF.

Last Best Auto Shop I've been going to Russiff for about 5 years now. He is fantastic. He doesn't talk down to women and explains every repair or problem. I am always confident that I won't be charged for work that isn't done, which has happened to me at other places. I also know that his repair rates are the best in town. Used cars, new cars, classic cars, cars under warranty, doesn't matter what I own, I will ALWAYS go to James at Russiff!

I will not go anywhere else! There is a reason that this auto shop is hopping busy! James and his crew are always there to help and consistently charged less for repairs than other shops I've visited.

Forever Customer My SUV kept going into a turtle mode I took my car to Russiff he had no idea who I was and he immedialtely helped me. Very honest, trustworthy, very busy man! I will always return to him. He saved me almost $400.00 dollars on the part by finding a rebuilt computer... THANKS

honest, fair -- highly recommend I brought my car into them -- they had it for a day and a half -- they figured out that there was nothing wrong with it, and they didn't charge me for it -- he's got me as a customer for LIFE!!
