Dark, cozy, elegant and intimate, Russian Tea Time has only been here since 1993, however it has since become a Chicago treasure. Inside the elegant Mahogany and Birch dining room, the kitchen serves specialties from the former Soviet republics which includes every where from Tajikistan to Belarus. For my first time at a Russian restaurant, I can't think of a better place. All of the food was delicious, and those vodka shots warmed me up after walking in the cold winds!
