they should not be in property management! the tenant they found me lived in the property for almost one year without paying rent. they released the co-signer without my permission. in fact when they released the co-signer they were no longer my agents and they still did it. it cost me $30,000!! they should have their real estate license taken away!
I dont know if I could take this place seriously. Nice people who work there none the less. :-)
I rented from RRR, and they were awesome. If your moving to the russian river area this is the place to go.
The most knowledgeable and helpful people when it comes top buying and selling land in Sonoma County, especially in the Russian River area. Mary and John are the best and we appreciate people who know their region and know the benefits and challenges in buying and selling land and homes. It is a unique place like no other and working with people who can save you time and money is a huge plus.
