David helped my mom sell her home on the Russian River. He had great knowledge of the area and was transparent about his decision making through every part of the process, from repairs, to staging, to pricing. Going into this, we were worried that selling a home would difficult and extended. Working with David, we found it to be easy and relatively worry free. He made the entire experience painless. In the end, the home sold quickly and for a good price. Highly recommend David and would work with him again.

David was very helpful, responsive, competent, and thorough; he found a buyer for a nearly "unsellable" property which had zero road access to 95% of the property and a protected watershed that made it illegal to build a bridge and a road for access. He submitted documents in a timely fashion whenever necessary and the sale went through without a hitch :-)

Easy to work with, not pushy like some I've dealt with. I wasn't looking for anything but the property next to ours came up for sale and he contacted all the neighbors to see if anyone was interested. It was an inexpensive property but he still put in the effort to sell it.
