I highly recommend David. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and helped us hone in on what we wanted. David is extremely knowledgable about the area and was able to guide us to something that suited our needs. There were moments when he pointed out important details that we would never have known about, things like flood lines, and which homes are more susceptible to things like mold and landslides.
