I highly recommend David Millar to be your real estate agent if you are looking to buy a property in the Russian River area. David helped us sell our vacation rental in Cazadero near the Russian River in a buyer's market. He went above and beyond to work lots of details, since we reside in Los Angeles. He was instrumental in coordinating lots of details. 5 stars. We highly recommend.

He had great knowledge of the area and was transparent about his decision making through every part of the process, from repairs, to staging, to pricing. Going into this, we were worried that selling a home would difficult and extended. Working with David, we found it to be easy and relatively worry free. He made the entire experience painless. In the end, the home sold quickly and for a good price. Highly recommend David and would work with him again.
