Sorry, but this was a very (very) disappointing experience. The facial ($200), was all fluff absolutely no stuff. Lots of smearing around serums?, the light therapy didn't seem to work, the music (box player) didn't work, the equipment seemed troublesome, and the competence was dubious. The lady was nice, but not very experienced. Their web says a luxurious setting:It's an office building with low end office appeal. Amazing Massage! – Although they are on the expensive side, I find the staff to be exceptional. I have had massages from both Omar and Mindy and both are amazing! They really focus on any problem areas you have and I've always I have also had waxing and a facial there which are both on par with any other spa I've been too. Sheryl is great and takes her waxing very seriously!
Great people! – I actually know the owners personally and I know they provide extensive training for their staff and put a VERY high value on continuing education. They really care about their customers experience. Alexandra is a great results oriented skin care line and is exclusive to the Russian Day Spa and a few others throughout the country. Overpriced and generic – All that glitters is not gold-very good marketing and creative names for the facials --but the facials are very mediocre-the products very ineffective. This place is over priced and the north enders are buying it i suggest people that you do your research
