The Russian Banya had just what I was looking for in a sauna. There is a steam room, dry sauna (electrical), traditional Russian Banya and Ice bath. I was glad there weren't any kids running around and the atmosphere was very peaceful. I recommend the Russian Banya as it produces temperatures upwards of 212 degrees which is highly therapeutic and is the most detoxifying. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant located in the same building which has rave reviews online. Hope to try it next time!
RecommendedExcellent experience! There is more to a Russian Banya than I ever knew... actually was reading the book “Tools of Titans” and Rhonda Perciavalle mentions the benefits of these baths. The owner of the Dallas Russian Banya explained to us what to do first, second and third to get the most benefits. Looking forward to going back. :))
Awesome place and really good food
Great Place to experience Russian food
Tonight was mine and my amazing girlfriend's first experience here. We loved the atmosphere and the sauna part has a good amount of regulars that were very welcoming. We loved the concept of having multiple different spas to try and the cold plunge was amazing. It really gives you a chance to reset after each sauna. We spent almost two hours sauna hopping so we didn't have much time to eat, but we'll definitely be back for food!

There are very few places in this world that not just make you feel good, healthy, strong 💪, rejuvinated, but also do make you healthier, stronger, better. Russian Banya of Dalllas is on of these plaxes that does all abovementioned to you while in in a very nice, cozy environment. There is a pool table.
This has become one of our favorite restaurants. Every dish we have tried tastes fresh and homemade and the staff is friendly and helpful. Even when we dined as a large group we never felt rushed, and the food was excellent. It was the perfect spot for a birthday celebration.
