Great selection of everything! very reasonable prices! why would anyone want to go somewhere else! Great customer service since the moment I walked in! This is the place to shop for western wear in Polk county!
Great place to shop. Went in and was warmly greeted. Made me feel comfortable. Also, had great variety of everything. Good reasonable pricing. I would recommend it.
The only place to go. I'm a regular and satisfied customer. Much prefer Russell's compared to the mall.

Not to go here.. not only do I feel that they are WAY over priced, my daughter went in there to get my grandson some jeans for school.. they were priced 19.99, so she grabbed a couple of pairs and took them to the counter, at the counter she was told by the cashier that the following week the jeans would be on sale plus it also happened to be the tax free weekend. So she asked if they would hold his jeans behind the counter as he is in that hard to fit stage and they only had the 2 pairs of jeans.. they were nice enough to d... read more
