DO NOT RECOMMEND! Replaced my air conditioning unit, and the proposal indicated it would be connected to new mylar R8 flex ducts. New ducts were not installed. I was blaming my solar company for a significant increase in electricity. It wasn’t until a different company came out for routine maintenance that I discovered no ducts were replaced, which is causing air to escape. No one will return my call.
Our AC went out with a bang in the Redlands 100 degrees heat. We have a wee one and we were in a hot panic. I frantically rang 4 different companies and had a crash course in AC/quiet fan units/filters with in person pitches. Then Angel showed up from Russells and something told me I could trust him. I was right. He did not knock other contenders. He gave me the best deal and he promised my AC will be installed and up and running within 24 hours. He kept his word.
