Had an appt. for a highlight with a stylist who had cut my hair several times. Show up for the appt., and she's not there that day. Front-desk person told me she (the front-desk person, not the stylist) tried to call to let me know and repeated my phone number, which was my correct number. I really doubt she tried to call me. There was no indication of that in my call log, and no voicemail was left. Very upsetting.
One Stop Chop Shop you get what you pay for everyone was so rude and the place is outdated and just gross i don't recommend at all they don't listen went in for a trim got about 6 inches off ....
