My girlfriend and I were on our 5th Anniversary road trip, coming down from Strawberry Park and slid into a big SUV in our Jeep. This place not only went the extra mile to make sure we were back on the road as quickly, economically and as safe as possible, but they also entertained us through the wait with great life stories about the area and the great American Past. Got rear-ended during a storm Wednesday night, smashing the rear window of my Subaru Outback. I had planned on one more ski day before driving 1100 miles to Chicago. I went to Russell's Thursday morning. Phil said the car was OK to drive and taped plastic crash wrap on the back of the car. Phil then said there'd be no charge, just go enjoy the ski day. I was out in time to hit 20 inches of powder Thursday, and the plastic held up during the drive to Chicago. Thank you Phil!
A Gator dented my door. Phil & Terry fixed it good as new. Don't go anywhere else for wildlife damage!
We hit a deer coming into town last night. I called Phil first thing this morning and he said to come right on down and they would take a look. Within 20 minutes they had my bumper reattached and told me where to get parts to fix the rest myself. He only charged us $20 bucks to pop it back in. My husband and I couldn't believe our luck. Everyone in the office was super friendly. We even had a good chat about best practices when encountering a deer. Oh and we won't own anything but a truck from now on. Our Tundra was a beast.
Had a great experience at Russell's today - after my rental car got dented in the parking lot, Phil and Terri agreed to "take care of it" right away. By the time I purchased a finished my coffee, it was done! Terri did a phenomenal job pushing out the dent, you cannot tell it was ever damaged. And they did it with a smile and a friendly word. You guys are amazing! Much thanks
