My 2006 Ford E150 work van check engine light came on. I called my favorite mechanic, and he said bring it in. Turns out it was the throttle body, got serviced, and now my van runs better than it has in months. I will continue to bring my van to Russell's, and I always recommend his business to anyone who asks
I will never go back to this repair shop again, by far the worst experience I have ever had. I took my daughters car in after her car wouldnt start. He told me he would run a diagnostic test and depending on the what's wrong with it would determine the price. After having the car for a day we called and he said he was unable to find anything wrong with it, but it needed an oil change. He quoted us $80 so we told him to go ahead and change the oil. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Said they couldn’t get parts for a 2008. I looked up the part and AutoZone, Advanced and O’Reilly had them in stock! He said “oh they are crap parts”. Really???? Duralast is crap parts???
