To everybody who’s looking at this post don’t ever get a car from this dealership they’re scamming they gave me a Tesla 2021 and it had a faulty battery. They don’t check their cars when they give them out to people I don’t finance or anything so don’t waste your time with this dealership.
Called the service department to see how much an oil change was and was passed around by 2 different female employees that had no clue of the price for an oil change. Pretty said those ladies did not know there job description and provide some information on the service that they provide…….
Let’s start at the beginning—December 2024—when I found myself stranded because the battery in my Fiat 500e key fob died. Simple fix, I thought. Replace the battery, and I’d be back on the road. Not so fast. Replacing the battery should have solved the issue. Instead, my original Fiat 500e key fob inexplicably disabled itself. Was it from swapping the battery?
