Had been going to another dentist for almost ten years. One of my crowns popped out so I requested my previous dentist to glue it back in. He wouldn't do it and proceeded to give me an estimate for a new crown for over $1800. I wasn't very happy with that. I looked for an alternative and found Dr Tom Proulx at Russell Trails Dental. I took my 2-year-old son to Russell Trails Dental for his very first dental appointment, and it was such a positive experience. The space is welcoming and very kid-friendly. Dr. Proulx used a toy in the waiting room to explain what would happen, which helped my son understand. Throughout the appointment, both Dr. Proulx and Stephanie were incredibly patient and kind. Our family absolutely loves Russell Trails Dental. My daughter has anxiety, and a history of needing dental surgery, so it's always been a panic any time she needed to see the dentist. Not with Dr. Tom, instead she asks to go to the dentist now. She loved the kids corner in the waiting room and how gentle the staff were with her. We feel lucky to have this office in town. You can tell it's run by a family, for other families, and we love that.
I Cannot say enough good things about our experience at Russell Trails Dental. Dr. Proulx and his team provided excellent service throughout the multiple appointments for my family.
