went to pick up my car today and had to pay twice 407.98, because even though the money had cleared my account "you guys didnt get it" and it should be back in my account in 3-5 days. so yea people in altoona have 407 dollars lying around for your bank to tie up. never will be back! and the guy behind counter says this happens all the time!!!!!
