In St. Louis City, construction can't begin before 6am. They start at 430 or 5 daily, but don't have supervisors present until 7. They block the lot and SIGNIFICANT amount of street parking around a residential building without signs to warn anybody. It took them months to put cones on the meters. Until that, they'd just block your car without warning. I asked them to stop the ILLEGALLY EARLY din of noise and the worker cussed at me and refused. They took the parking lot on 1600 Locust for their workers. Then told them they could not park. So now not only do the residents not have the parking lot. Now the residents don't have parking during the day due to the workers taking every available space.
