My car was recently damaged during my drive through in the bay. Still waiting for someone to call me. That’s poor customer care. It definitely happened at this site and to not call proves your establishment is at fault. To not call shows you don’t really care. I will let my insurance company handle it but I’m disappointed at the non professionalism.
