I purchased a new 2024 Hybird Honda Accord in April from your dealership. Today I took it in for service, the first oil change due. I arrived at the dealership at 11am and was greeted by service advisor Jose Ramirez. Mr. Ramirez informed me that the oil change would take approximately 1 hour. At 3:00 pm, I am still waiting for my vehicle. I made contact with another service advisor and inquired about the status of my vehicle. He promptly helped me and told me the vehicle was ready.
