Unfair! In contract before cleaning? Yes. After cleaning-NO! Called them to check if my new dent insur is in contract with them. The answer was "yes we are. would you like to schedule an appt?"; We did for 2 sons. It's been 6 months since that time. I spent hours with phone and fax. And they are going to send it to Collection.
