I would give them zero stars if it would let me. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life, and I will never go back there. They were rude, they violated privacy laws by discussing patient business with each other in the lobby, and they have misfiled my insurance so many times I have spent hours and hours trying to get it straightened out. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

It s a decent place if you can ever get seen. It s too bad poor management caused them to lose the business of my whole family. We have excellent dental insurance that pays for cleanings every 3 months but it has been almost a year since we last saw them because they keep rescheduling us for lack of staff, closed that day, dentist will be out, etc. I ve had enough! Looking for a new dentist STAT!

The sweet demeanor does not make up for Bad care . I was lied to .......and way over charged for the services that I received . It took two years for my last procedure . If you have time and money to waste , then they are the place to go .
They are very good dentists and take good care of their customers and their needs. I would recommend anybody to go see Jessica Barry and her crew.
