We decided to have Russell Quality Roofing install our roof based on what we felt was a honest presentation on what needed to be done and the quality of their products and workmanship. The crew that did the job was outstanding and did a quality job. Communication was very good and we were kept in the loop on everything that was happening. I would strongly recommend them based on the results we received.
They didn't get back to questions on their estimate. They used 12 squares for removal and 13+ squares for installation. They do not value customers.
I did not actually go with Russel roofing but really appreciated my interaction prompt responses and thoroughness of their free quote. I only went with a different company because of time frame.
