I have been using Russell's since early 2000. They have always been awesome! Show up on time and treat you right.
The good folks at Russell installed a great new energy efficient Carrier unit about 2 years ago. During the cold spell of Jan 2018, we woke to no heat. In checking it seemed the fan would not come on. We called them about 6:30 that morning, hoping someone would be there. It was 12 degrees outside and pretty chilly inside.
