Worked with this agency. I would never recommend. Many errors that caused money and time, that involved typos repeatedly, not offering final walk through. Wanted us to close on property that was not even cleaned out. Make sure you ALWAYS get a final walk through. Indicated was bringing keys that were never dropped off. Poor communication skills. I have had to with Laurie Hicks-Sebille for a home that is being sold from my ex-fiance. She obviously needs to take another class on Ohio State laws. I will first say that when you give ultimatiums because you are working for a friend may be a conflict of interest. Not only was I locked out of my residence of 3 years because she was telling what she will do because that is what the person who is now in assisted care is telling her what to do.
