Very poor experience. Used this company for WDO inspection and he missed obvious signs of termite damage and active carpenter ant infestation. My previous review and pictures were removed. The “baseboard” in the bathroom was just a paint shell that was left after termites ate all of the wood behind it. The inspector wouldn’t have needed to damage the house to find this damage, just lightly touch the baseboard to see it was paper thin.
