I found Dr Payne to be a very thorough & knowledgeable doctor. He was instrumental in solving my 1.5 year old medical issue that six other doctors had failed to properly diagnose... I would highly recommend him if you have issues that fall into his area of expertise.
Dr. Russell was very friendly, polite, and really straight to the point when he taking care of his patients. I really like him, he's a really good doctor.
Dr Payne and his staff are excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone who really needs a neurosurgeon.
