Dr. Payne is an amazing neurosurgeon. He went above and beyond for me and helped me more than I could have ever asked. He and his staff were accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, reasonable, and helped me out of dire straights when my back was up against a wall even when it felt like the medical system itself was against me. I could not recommend him more.
Dr Payne and his staff were all wonderful to my husband. Another doctor had told him he needed surgery and my husband primary wanted him to see Dr Payne for a second opinion. Dr Payne did not see anything to indicate he needed surgery at this time, and referred other treatments. Several months later he is doing better. If we were ever concerned or needed answers to our questions his staff was very willing to help. We are thankful to have found Dr Payne and his staff during a stressful time in our life.
