Update : Management did reach out to me but many machines are still down. I hope they can fix this soon. I love the area but management has got to do something about the laundry rooms. I have lived here for a little more than a year now and it's been a pain getting laundry done every week. There are so many broken laundry machines and the rooms are very low maintained. I honestly wouldn't mind paying an extra flat fee just to get better machines. Management, please fix this soon.
Absolutely amazing. I lived here from undergrad till phD. Rent is reasonable compared to other properties around Davis. Maintenance is also amazing! Fast and reliable.
I'm only writing this review because I wish it was here when I was looking for apartments. I chose this complex over neighboring Orchard Park because it has better reviews. The staff here definitely deserve high marks -- they're quick to respond to work orders and are friendly and efficient. But that doesn't make up for the apartment itself, which was infested with cockroaches and never improved despite biweekly visits from pest control.
