I visited Russell Modern Dentistry on March 20,2025. This was my 4th visit to this office. During my visit I saw Dr. Hart and she stated everything looked fine, then my hygienist came in. Her name is Rosie. Rosie, Rosie, Rosie…where do I begin? Rosie belittled me. Reprimanded me and pretty much called me a liar. Rosie said I needed to see a periodontist because my situation was dire! scheduled an appointment here for my 16 month old. I drove for twenty minutes in traffic to get here. Then we waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled, then they took us back to the exam room where we waited for another 15 minutes after being told “it wouldn’t be more than a minute or two”. Finally I asked a second time how much longer it would be and the receptionist told me it could be a while. So we left. I have stated that I will only communicate with you in writing from here forward for good reason. Continued terrible service. I don't write reviews much, but feel the need to warn others. First appointment of my journey to oral health with russell, #shout out to Dr.Heart (the name alone is fitting she's an amazing human being)everyone there made the visit very comfortable(they genuinely care about ones oral😁/cardiovascular ❤️health and check in was made convenient.... I definitely recommend them for those looking for oral corrections good human connections
