The dental hygienist Rosie is very nice and was very comforting. I enjoyed my visit, everyone is really friendly and welcoming.
Where do I start? When I called to schedule my initial appointment, Colette rushed me so much, it made my anxiety spike. I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times because she was speaking so rapidly. At my first visit, everyone was kind and friendly. Dr. Hart was warm and down-to-earth. Dr. Hart and the entire team are fantastic!! Dr. Hart explained everything so well, answered all my questions and just overall made me feel so welcome. Grateful to have an amazing Dentist and dental team (from the front desk to dental assistant to dental hygienist). You made this NYC transplant feel great and my teeth are looking fabulous!
What can I say? I've been going her for over 2 years and the dentists still doesn't know who I am. I always have to explain the same things for each visit. The hygienist didn't put a desensitizer on my tooth properly and they wanted to charge me to put it on again. I'm finally giving up on this place.
Dr. Ellis was very informative and insightful with ways I could improve my dental health. Her attention to detail was top tier while she worked on my teeth, furthermore she continuously took the time to check in with me making sure I wasn’t having any severe pain while working on my teeth. I will definitely be back at this location when I need another appointment.
