What a joke this place is, i was looked at like I did not belong there after I said I had no insurance the lady at the front desk keep giving me nasty looks and was rude about the whole thing. I also filled out paperwork to help with payment and then was told I had to pay 300 dollars to get checked out. In short go somewhere where they care about the patient. The staff were not friendly at all at the check in window!!!

Some staff fail against hippa laws as well as give miss information about prescriptions. Facility will drop patients without patients knowledge and leave you chaos. The office can not hold on to doctors for more then 9months at a time so your are constantly dealing with new doctors. My last physician assistant I saw there didn’t seem comfortable and confident in the office and left within 6 months.

I had a bill that I didn't know about until they told me but I still was able to be seen even it wasn't paid until I could get the chance to pay it I will still continue to use them as my PCP I don't know why everyone is so rude and disrespectful to them I understand they are a business and don't have the help but still be patient with them and respect them I work at a grocery store and most of the time we don't have all the help we need but with what help we do have we still get the work done our phone rings constantly and ... read more
