I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience really upset and frustrated me. I was scheduled for an appointment on Saturday at 8:45am. I arrived at 8:40, but the doors were locked and the lights were off. The sign on the door clearly said weekend hours are 9am–12pm, so I assumed it was a scheduling error. I waited and went back at 9:00 when the doors were open. I’ve been a patient of Dr Thorp, sines she was at CMCC. We followed her, and most of our family goes there! A great dr, and very thorough! I would be sad to lose her! The staff members are very polite and friendly! It’s worth the half hour ride!
Been a patient of my Doctors for 20yrs. Dropped me and wont accept new patients because I haven't been seen in 3yrs. WHAT A JOKE!!
Worst Drs, Staff and office facilities EVER! They actually do NOT have any real Doctor's that work at the offices, all just medical techs.
From telling my grandmother her CANCER was a syst (she died) to telling my mother when she went for inhaling brown tail moth caterpillar hair that "that doesn't happen, it's just a cold". To sending me over $100 in bogus bills...had to call my insurance, who talked to them about billing write offs to patient (they ended up voiding the bills). Yesterday they called to tell me I owed for an appointmen. I argued I hadn't been in. She tells me firmly "it was May 5th".... yeah that was a Sunday...they aren't open on Sundays. STEE... read more
