I am an employee at RMC and I love working for this great place. I have also been a patient many times and all of the staff have always been very professional and have helped make my stay as comfortable as possible. The staff always takes care of the entire person and not just the problem. Now that I am part of RMC staff, I try to put myself in the patient's shoes and treat the patient and family like I want to be treated.
Our family would like to say a Big Thank You to the Physicians, Nurses, and Staff at Russell Medical Center, Emergency Room and ICU. Thank you for all you did to help David! Feeling Very Blessed!!! We could not have asked for greater care than we have received!! God Bless you all!
Why tell someone to be here at 10:00 and almost 4 hours later still have not even come to get you for procedure? This is ridiculous! Never again! Our time is just as valuable especially when my Mom is in pain.
