Receptionist is very rude disrespectful and unprofessional over the phone in regards to questions concerning incorrect business information provided by florida blue. I called to asked if they were associated with infinity health group as their address is what florida blue shows. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she said she was and hung up the phone. Piss poor attitude for a Receptionist and the disrespectful conduct over questions needs to be addressed immediately.
He is a good doctor. Fixed my daughter's foot problem. She needed to get it checked and was seen the next day and every week for over 2 months. Now no pain and she is able to stand on her feet for her 10 hours of work.
