I wonder if this is him now. I did some research. I now see Dr Mayan Keshet and Dr Joseph Panarelli. I want my records from Dr Levine, so I will be calling this office next week!

Can I ask which doctor do you guys visit instead? I really like Doc Levine, but couldn’t find someone as good as him.
I'm a former patient. 2021 cataract surgery. I think he was great. Re the mysterious closure, and no info for patients, all I can think is that something extraordinary happened. I have no idea what it was, but I think it's unlikely that he woke up once day and decided "Okay, that's enough. And I won't bother to inform my patients" I wish him all the best, and hope he resumes his exceptional practice in the future.
I was hoping he was back in business but unfortunately not I only saw him once, had a consultation and then suggestions for dry eyes. The office was fine, staff tried hard, they overbooked for no reason. Everything would have gone smoothly if it weren’t for the 5-6 people waiting for 2 hours +. All the issues are minor and fixable because you just want a doc who does their iob and do it well. If he does come back i’d still see him for his medical expertise.
