RecommendedMy cousin lives at Russell Lamson and I couldn't ask for a better place!! The new property manager is always available and is genuinely concerned about the residents needs. I cannot rate this because I was to have an appointment to look at an apartment on Friday. The manager was aware I was right on my way and she left before I got there with no phone call so it was a wasted trip. Numerous people have tried to reach someone at the building and left messages everyday and come by everyday and there has been no response and no possible way to contact someone.
